No returns accepted without a SDI authorized RA number.  Call us @ 1-800-492-7736.  To request an RA number.    No returns on special order items, electronic parts, or installed merchandise. Your merchandise must be received within 30 Days of issuance of RA#. A copy of a customers sales receipt must also be enclosed. SDI will repair or replace defective merchandise per the manufacture warranty procedures or at our discretion.  All merchandise returned as “Defective” and is found to be working, or not in a factory box will have a 20% restocking charge applied.  There is a 20% restocking charge on all returned merchandise.  All of our products are covered by the manufacture's warranty.
